2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect:

• Usage and analytics data – such as how you use the App (e.g. app opens, session length) to improve the product. This is collected via Google Firebase Analytics.
• Crash and performance data – such as crash reports and device information (e.g. device model, OS version, app version) to fix bugs and improve stability. This is collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics.

Your to-do and task data (titles, dates, priorities) are stored only on your device. We do not send task content to our servers or to any third party. We do not collect account or sign-in information.

3. WHY WE USE THIS INFORMATION

We use the information to:

• Understand how the App is used and improve it;
• Identify and fix crashes and technical issues;
• Comply with applicable law.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics). Data processed by Firebase is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not sell your personal information.

We retain analytics and crash data for as long as necessary to operate and improve the App, and as required by applicable law or the policies of our service providers.

7. CHILDREN UNDER 13 (USA)

The App may be used by users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13, please use the App only with your parent or guardian's permission.
